Rota

Need to check your serving schedule? Or find a substitute server? The current rota is always available here. If you need a contact list of the folks on your serving team, contact your team leader or the parish administrator.

There are many opportunities to serve St. Paul’s, depending on your interests and skill set. See the list of areas for volunteering below and their respective contacts. To prevent email scamming, contact information is not included on this page. Find the parishioners below on Realm or email the parish office to get connected.

  • Contact Parish Administrator Emily Tweedie to find out more about opportunities to volunteer in the church office.

  • If you like to garden, are handy with a rake, or don’t mind digging in the dirt, contact Prue Kluckhohn. Maintain our labyrinth garden area is a year-round job that requires many hands.

  • The role of the sacristan is to perform the unseen tasks that make the liturgical celebration a joyful prayer of thanksgiving and praise in the care of the vestments and the vessels used in the Eucharist. Contact Prue Kluckhohn if you’re interested in serving as a sacristan.

  • Contact Carol Wiesenbach if you’re interested in providing bread for Eucharist.

  • Contact Laura Griffin (10:30am) or Mark Taylor (5pm) if you’re interested in serving during either of our liturgies.

  • Contact Howard Henry (8:00am and 10:30am) or Mark Taylor (5pm) if you’re interested in reading at either of our liturgies.

  • Contact Prue Kluckhohn if you’re interested in joining this team of parishioners. Click here if you wish make a donation and submit a request to dedicate the flowers at a specific service. Donations can be given in the Sunday offering, mailed in, or via Realm.

  • Contact Lizann Jones if you’re interested in being a friendly and helpful face as a greeter at our 10:30am or if you would enjoy hosting coffee hour afterwards.

  • Chalice is a group of parishioners and clergy praying for whatever is in the hearts and minds of the people of St. Paul’s. Members generally find the practice to be a fulfilling part of their own spiritual growth, and a simple yet profound way to support the parish. For additional information contact Laura Schafer.

  • Contact St. Paul’s organist/choirmaster Gary James if you are interested in singing in any of the adult singing groups.

  • We are always on the lookout for parishioners who have a passion for working with children. Contact Father Stephen to learn more about the ways in which you can volunteer.

  • Contact BJ Ohlweiler if you would like to sign up to help with our weekly SPiN walks around the neighborhood.

  • Interested in being a prayer leader? Laura Saunders coordinates Morning Prayer (Monday-Saturday) and John Sutherland coordinates Compline (Tuesday and Thursday).
