There are many opportunities to serve St. Paul’s, depending on your interests and skill set. Office Volunteers: Contact Parish Administrator Emily Tweedie to find out more about opportunities to volunteer in the church office.

Centennial Garden: Contact Prue Kluckhohn if you’re interested in helping to maintain our labyrinth garden area.

Sacristans: The role of the sacristan is to perform the unseen tasks that make the liturgical celebration a joyful prayer of thanksgiving and praise in the care of the vestments and the vessels used in the Eucharist. Contact  Prue Kluckhohn if you’re interested in serving as a sacristan.

Bread Baking: Contact Carol Wiesenbach if you’re interested in providing bread for Eucharist.

Acolytes: Contact Laura Griffin (10am) or Mark Taylor (5pm if you’re interested in serving during either of our liturgies.

Lectors: Contact Howard Henry if you’re interested in reading at any of our morning liturgies.

Flower Arranging: Contact Prue Kluckhohn if you’re interested in joining this team of parishioners. Click here if you wish make a donation and submit a request to dedicate the flowers at a specific service. Donations can be given in the Sunday offering, mailed in, or via Realm.

Greeting: Contact Lizann Jones if you’re interested in being a friendly and helpful face at our morning service.

Coffee Hour: At this time we are not providing coffee hour after Mass.

Chalice Prayer Team: Chalice is a group of parishioners and clergy praying for whatever is in the hearts and minds of the people of St. Paul’s. Members generally find the practice to be a fulfilling part of their own spiritual growth, and a simple yet profound way to support the parish. For additional information contact Laura Saunders.

Choir: Contact St. Paul’s organist/choirmaster Gary James if you are interested in singing in any of the adult singing groups. Click here to learn more about our different choirs.

Godly Play: We are always on the look out for parishioners who have a passion for working with children. Contact our Children’s Formation team to learn more about the ways in which you can volunteer.

Vestry: Looking for the latest vestry meeting minutes? Take a look at the bulletin board in the Parish Hall. Contact the parish parish administrator with any questions you would like directed to the vestry.

Safe Church Training: Many in our community must complete mandatory child sexual abuse prevention training and/or sexual harassment training before working in their ministry areas. This includes all employees, staff-level volunteers, Lay Eucharistic Visitors, Vestry members, and anyone who has contact with or works in proximity to children, youth, or vulnerable adults.
