Racial Justice Working Group

The St. Paul’s Racial Justice Working Group has been established to intentionally participate in the dismantling of racism – all are welcome! Each month we will dive into a particular topic… learn about it, discuss it, and pray about it together, 6:30-8pm. Feel free to bring a brown paper dinner or snack.

Contact Barbara Potgieter if you plan to attend any of the upcoming meetings or for more information.

This was written by Barbara Potgieter to people who have expressed interest in the Racial Justice Working Group, but it is relevant to a much wider audience. If you can, please attend the RJWG meeting on Tuesday, December 4, and please take a few moments to click here and read in any case.

In place of an April meeting, we will be holding an information session on Sunday, March 31st at 10:10am about Sacred Ground: a film and readings based dialogue serious on race, grounded in faith. Please come to discuss whether this might be something to which small groups at St. Paul’s might commit. Click here to learn more so that you can bring your questions, comments, hopes, and concerns!
