Maybe you’ve been at St. Paul’s for a while, but your membership records are at another Episcopal Church or Lutheran (ELCA) congregation. If you’d like for us to send for a Letter of Transfer, please write to the Parish Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact your former congregation and take care of the paperwork for you
St. Paul’s collects food throughout the month in a basket near the ramp doorway corner of the Parish Hall. The collected food offering is then taken to Northwest Harvest during the last week of the month.
If you’ve not yet turned in your giving intention card for 2013, this is a friendly encouragement to return this to us, as it greatly assists us in our budget planning. Extra cards are available in the church office. If you have questions about this, speak with our Treasurer, Howard Henry, or write to email@example.com.
St. Paul’s works with Vanco Services electronic giving program. You can enroll to have your contribution directly debited on a regular basis from your checking or savings account. Information and application sheets are available in the office, or you may download them below. If you have any questions about Electronic Giving, contact bookkeeper Nichole Basile in the treasurer’s office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are in need of coffee hour hosts for March and April. Will you please help? We’ve made hosting quite simple and there’s help available. Finger-food of your choice can be set up before Mass and then there’s just clean-up that takes about 15 minutes or so after coffee hour. We even have a small fund set aside so that money won’t be a worry for anyone who may need a little confidential help with that. You can feel free to join forces with someone else, though we have had a wide variety of individuals, families and groups (many with other church and family duties) already discover how easy and fulfilling it is to host this essential part of St. Paul’s hospitality ministry. Please contact John Forman at email@example.com to get scheduled. Thank you!
